Spirits in Transition Seminar New England Pet Hospice is delighted to announce that we are hosting a Spirits in Transition Seminar with Dr. Bittel this spring. This is the first time Dr. Bittel has taught the seminar in New England and her only seminar this side of the Rockies since 2010. Dr. Bittel's seminar focuses on helping animals through the natural dying process.
When: May 18-20, 2012 Where: A private holistic wellness center in Westwood, Massachusetts, with spectacular spaces, gardens and facilities. Massage, Reiki, energy work, Yoga, Nia, Labyrinth will be available. Who: Anyone practicing or interested in animal hospice care, including vets, vet techs, animal caregivers and service providers Cost: $395 for the weekend, excluding meals and lodging Discount: For veterinarians, veterinary technicians, hospice workers, hospice volunteers and attending spouses or life partners, as well as previous weekend seminar participants and those who have completed an on line class with SIT

2nd Annual IAAHPC Conference The International Association of Animal Hospice and Palliative Care is presenting its second conference November 2-4, 2012 in Denver Colorado. Networking opportunities, round table discussions, and 16 hours of CE in end-of-life care work will be offered.
